Description
Project Description: The City of Brownsville is soliciting proposals for Residential and Commercial Solid Waste. Contractors may respond with a Residential and/or Commercial Solid Waste proposal.
To achieve the best overall value to the City, the City reserves the right to award one contract for all services or separate contracts for the services requested.
Contract(s) will be awarded as a franchise agreement. Contractor(s) must comply with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations. Note that the City has also issued RFP# 001-25-IS-RFP for Residential Recycling Services. Proposers may submit on both this RFP# 002-25-IS-RFP and the Residential Recycling Services RFP# 001-25-IS-RFP.
