The Embassy of the United States of America in Stockholm intends to issue a request for quotations (RFQ) for a Residential Bathroom Renovation and Remodel. The property is a single-family residence in the Stockholm area on three (3) levels. The house has five (5) bedrooms and currently only one (1) full bathroom on the upper floor and a toilet room on the entry floor. The remodel will improve and increase the bathroom facilities and provide three (3) bathrooms for the five (5) available bedrooms. The proposed project is a full renovation, including replacement of existing finishes or upgrade of existing finishes, and remodel of existing bathroom and toilet room and reconfiguration of space to create an additional new bathroom at the residence.

Only companies specializing in this field of work with valid local permits and experience should apply for a solicitation package.

The issuance of the solicitation package is anticipated to be on 22nd April, 2025 and will be posted on SAM.gov.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract that is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. We intend to award a contract based on initial bids, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the comparison range if there is a need to do so.
