Le Cégep de La Pocatière sollicite des soumissions pour la réalisation des travaux de construction d’une nouvelle résidence étudiante au Campus de Montmagny. Ce projet s’inscrit dans une volonté d’améliorer l’offre d’hébergement destinée à la communauté étudiante, tout en soutenant l’attractivité et le développement du campus.

La résidence projetée comprendra un total de 8 logements, représentant 28 chambres.


Les travaux comprennent notamment la construction complète du bâtiment, les aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs, l’intégration des services mécaniques et électriques.
