Construction of sport court and parking lot improvements, including but not limited to pavement and cement conc. pavement removal, tree protection, subgrade restoration, paving parking lot with HMA, cement conc. sidewalk and pavement for ADA stalls, application of waterproof coating structural sealant, sport court resurfacing and striping, chain link fence and gate installation, stormwater conveyance improvements, channelization, landscape and irrigation improvements, and other work necessary to complete the project. Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $900,000 to $1,100,000. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section 1-08.5.
