Description


Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (¿eRFP¿) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Reservations, Call Center, Property Management, and Point of Sale System to the Department of Natural Resources (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFP.

The overall purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain the services of a contractor to manage customer information requests and reservations for the use of facilities in the Georgia State Parks system, including the golf courses, while providing the point of sale, reporting, and property management elements detailed in the Master Standards document. Reservations will be made available through three sales channels (call center, website, and at individual field sites), with the contractor providing the required applications, hardware, connectivity, office space, and staff.
