Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at its Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225 for the following:

Reservation and Point of Sale Software
UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, June 2, 2026

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Parks & Recreation requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide a Campground Reservation System (CSR) that includes campground and facility reservations, registrations, reporting, and point of sale system.
