Educational Law #355(5)(a): The State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as “SUNY”) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law #355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000.00 for the above noted services/commodity. A SEALED BID WILL NOT BE HELD. Interested parties should contact the agency contact person listed in this ad to discuss this opportunity.

Contractor might be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 j&k,, NYS Tax Law Section 5-A, valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below.
