Research, Exhibits and Collection Facility

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of PCS23046 – Research, Exhibits and Collection Facility, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).

The existing warehouse, located at 1660 Park Street, will be retrofitted to accommodate the Research, Exhibits and Collection Facility for the Royal Saskatchewan Museum, which will include laboratories, office spaces, collections storage areas and a carpentry shop with a total construction area of around 6,500 m2.

Dedicated systems for heating, cooling, humidity, and ventilation control will be implemented to meet the specific environmental requirements of these spaces.

The qualified proponents are expected to demonstrate relevant construction experience in similar environments, such as museums, laboratories, hospitals and medical facilities.
