Provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the demolition and abatement of various state office buildings in the downtown Sacramento area.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.

The estimated cost of construction is approximately $40,000,000.00.

The estimated duration of this contract is 60 months.
