Provide professional environmental services as required for retained services to be used on an as needed basis.
All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.
Successful firms may be awarded multi-year $6,000,000.00 agreements, up to five (5) years, on a fixed rate basis.
