REQUEST FOR BID
The City of Warrensburg Fire Department is requesting bids for rescue rope and accessories.
To ensure uniform equipment is maintained across the fleet, bidders shall only bid the specified
equipment and brand identified in the bid form unless otherwise noted.
Bidders shall complete and return the attached bid form. Partial bids will be accepted if all items
cannot be fulfilled by the bidder. The bidder shall provide cost per unit, and the City reserves the
right to reduce the quantity of the requested item(s) to remain within the project budget. The
bidder shall include all delivery/shipping cost in the bid.
Requested items may be awarded individually to the lowest bidder for any specific item(s). The
bid shall be submitted in such form that the individual costs are not reliant on a packaged or
whole bid award. Bidders may submit quotes on company forms/letterheads as supplemental
document(s) to the included bid form. Bids may be submitted by mail or electronically in PDF
format to the addresses listed below.
The City reserves the right to select the lowest and best responsible bidder based on
consideration of all factors. The City can reject bids which are not responsible or which are in
violation of any bid requirement or are otherwise irregular. The City reserves the right to reject
any or all bids.
Bids must be received no later than April 10, 2026 at 3pm CST. Questions for clarification of
