The project is being undertaken due to hail damage and is supported by an insurance claim. | |
| Additional Description: | The existing roofing system is approximately 15 years old and covers approximately 110,060 square feet. The current system consists of a 0.050” PVC membrane over polyisocyanurate insulation. Bidders must submit pricing for two roofing system options, each with an alternate for extended warranty coverage. |
