Description:

Request for Information (RFI) to lease one or two shore tanks located within the New York Harbor capable of storing ULSD up to 115,000 barrels. Interested companies must be licensed to operate oil storage tank(s) or tank farm(s) that can store ULSD and can demonstrate recent experience (within the past 12 months) and must disclose any and all safety violations in the past 12 months.
