The Commonwealth wants to provide opportunities for providers and consumers to participate in the design of programs when developing new or redesigned human and social services. Providers and consumers are invited to provide feedback through the present RFI, which is being posted on CommBuys and emailed directly to all current WIC providers and community partners. A flyer inviting WIC participant input will be posted at WIC clinics and on the mass.gov website. Participant feedback is also collected through the annual WIC Participant Satisfaction Survey and recent listening sessions.
