Description

The Government is seeking a 1-year base with 4 option years land lease to place an antenna, related equipment, temporary fencing, and a generator including 24/7 ingress and egress. The location desired is within Sunland Park/Santa Teresa New Mexico area. A general location map is attached to this announcement as “Exhibit A” showing the delineated area. The size requirement of the site is approximately 400 square feet. Occupancy Occupation can begin as soon as feasible.
