Mandatory Site Meeting:
Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 10:00 AM local time on April 22, 2026 at Rosehill Pumping Station, 240 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, ON M4W 2A1. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. Meet outside of the Pumping Station at 10:00 AM and the meeting will commence 15 minutes after that time. Anyone not present 15 minutes after the specified time will not be able to enter the Pumping Station. Suppliers planning to attend the Supplier Meeting should register through the Ariba Message Board (City Online Procurement System) with the following information to the Procurement Contact no later than 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the site visit: • Attendee’s full name; • Job title; and • Company name Please see Part 1 - Section 1.6 for more information on the Mandatory Site Meeting. |
