This RFT is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) To supply all materials, products, labour and supervision to complete the new Moss Park refrigeration plant.
ONLY the following pre-qualified Suppliers under RFSQ Doc4906095019 to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract: 373044 Ontario Limited O/A Trans Canada Construction Aquicon Construction Co. Ltd. Frank Pellegrino General Contracting Ltd. Joe Pace & Sons Contracting Inc. Only the Bids received from the Suppliers identified above shall be considered by the City. |

Mandatory Site Meeting
Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at Moss Park Arena local time on 140 Sherbourne Street, Toronto, in the main entrance lobby on November 6, 2025 at 11:00 am. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. Questions may be asked at the site meeting; however, they are not considered part of an official record and have no bearing on the terms of the contract unless they are submitted in writing to the City. A record of questions and answers from emails as deemed will be distributed in the form of an addendum and posted on the City's online call documents system. |
