.1 This RFT is an invitation by the City: .1 to the following pre-qualified Suppliers prequalified under RFSQ Doc4906085019 to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract: (i) 373044 ONTARIO LIMITED O/A TRANS CANADA CONSTRUCTION (ii) AQUICON CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD (iii) FRANK PELLEGRINO GEN CONT LTD. (iv) JOE PACE & SONS CONTRACTING INC Only the Bids received from the Suppliers identified above shall be considered by the City. |

The mandatory site meeting will take place at McCormick Arena, 179 Brock Ave, Toronto, ON M6K 2L7 11:00 AM local time on March 6, 2026. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. .2 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. .3 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant.] |
