This RFT is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to supply all materials, products, labour and supervision to complete David Crombie Park Improvements for Parks and Recreation and The Esplanade-Mill St. Connection Project for Transportation Services.
ONLY the following pre-qualified Suppliers under RFSQ Doc4625371773 to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract: EllisDon Civil Ltd. o/a Ellis Don 671860 Ontario Inc. o/a Somerville Construction Rutherford Contracting Ltd Only the Bids received from the Suppliers identified above shall be considered by the City. |

Optional Virtual Orientation Meeting
Suppliers are invited to attend a voluntary orientation meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The voluntary orientation meeting will take place at 10 a.m. local time on, April 25, 2025 at, Toronto. An invitation to a Teams meeting will be sent to your Ariba registered ID. The invitation can be forwarded to relevant members of your team as needed. The Suppliers are strongly recommended to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the call. Questions may be asked at the site meeting; however, they are not considered part of an official record and have no bearing on the terms of the contract unless they are submitted in writing to the City. A record of questions and answers from emails as deemed will be distributed in the form of an addendum and posted on the City's online call documents system. |
