The mandatory site meeting will take place at 901 Cosburn Ave., East York, ON M4C 2W710:00 AM local time on February 5, 2026. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. Please see location map below .2 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. .3 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. |
