Virtual Mandatory Site Meeting Info
Suppliers are required to attend a virtual mandatory orientation meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The virtual meeting will take place on Microsoft Teams September 16, 2025 10 AM Local Time. Meetings will not be available at any other times. Suppliers will need to request an invite to the meeting via ARIBA Message board or directly from Senior Corporate Buyer Martin Suits Martin.Suits@toronto.ca. Only one representative will be registered per Supplier with the Supplier sharing the invite themselves with other team members at their discretion. Supplier’s attendance will be taken at the mandatory virtual site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant |
