Solicitation Summary
MAA is seeking consultant assistance from Construction Management and Inspection (CMI) firms in support of Comprehensive Construction Management and Inspection Services at BWI Thurgood Marshall and MTN Airports.
It is the intent of the MAA to enter two or more contracts for these services. Consultants selected for these contracts shall provide CMI services consisting of individual task order assignments consistent with MAA’s requirements over a five (5) year period. It is anticipated that the assignments will be funded with State, Federal, and/or other funds. MAA has an estimated budget of
$30,000,000
for these services.
To be successful in achieving a contract award, the consultant proponent’s team must be able to perform all the elements described in the Scope of Services. Each potential Offeror is encouraged to read this Solicitation carefully and submit proposals outlining in detail its ability to provide the requested services.
