This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto ("the
City") to prospective Respondents to qualify for future eligibility of supplying natural gas and provide services as further described in Part 5 (RFSQ Particulars) Section 2 – The Deliverables ("the Deliverables"). The City wishes to add suppliers to the current roster of natural gas suppliers (Multi-use Roster List with Second-Stage Competition). Suppliers are pre-qualified based on acceptable credit rating, experience and capabilities, and conform to the City’s standard form of agreement (refer to Part 4 - Form of Agreement for a specimen). This RFSQ will add a maximum of three (3) qualified Respondents to the current Roster which resulted from previous RFSQ Doc4771994081. All Suppliers on the Roster will be invited to bid on subsequent Request for Quotations (RFQs) for the supply of natural gas as requested by the City from time to time. The term of the Roster is from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2028 with additional two (2) separate one (1)-year option periods extending to end of February 28, 2030. Suppliers on the current Roster are NOT required to respond to this RFSQ. This RFSQ is intended to add suppliers to the existing Roster. The new Suppliers will be performing work for the remaining portion of the roster. |
