A site visit is planned in front of the “mound” in Flemington Park. See Map included in solicitation document Part 1 Introduction to RFSQ. The proposed site is situated north of the existing Flemington Public School, East of Allen Road. Access will come from Leila Lane for the majority of the construction. The new road is anticipated to be accessible at the late stages of construction. The contractor is to consider construction staging where the new road access is not available for the majority of the construction. Existing tenant housing is anticipated to be removed before the community centre construction. Utilities for the Tenant Housing are anticipated to be abandoned but not removed. |
