This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto ("the City") to prospective Respondents to qualify up to eight (8) experienced General Contractors with a documented history of providing quality construction of Net Zero Energy and Emissions buildings for future eligibility to bid on the upcoming Humber Bay Park East Master Plan Phase 1 Implementation Buildings Project to be built by the City of Toronto Parks Forestry & Recreation Division, as further described in Part 5, Section 2 – Deliverables. |
