Request for Statements of Qualifications for Design-Build Project

The City of Cottonwood (the “City”) intends to relocate its chief administrative offices—City Hall—to a 20,000 SF, two-story former medical building located at 651 Mingus Avenue, Cottonwood, AZ (the “Project”).

In accordance with Cottonwood Municipal Code §§ 3.08.010 through 3.08.090 (the “Procurement Policy”), the City will accept sealed SOQ for the Services specified in the Scope of Work.

The City is issuing this Request for Qualifications (this “RFQ”) seeking statements of qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified, licensed contractors (“Firms”) interested in providing design-build services for the Project (the “Services”), as more particularly described in the Scope of Work included in Part 5 of this RFQ and incorporated herein by reference (the “Scope of Work”). The selected Firm will be responsible for delivering a fully operational, code-compliant, and move-in-ready facility that meets the City’s program, budget, and schedule requirements.
