REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (2025), ENGINEERING SERVICES
Mountain Top Public Water Authority is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services related to one or all of the following categories:
1. Meter Replacements
2. Tank Inspections
3. Water System Improvements
Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received until 3:00 PM local time on July 1, 2025 at Mountain Top Public Water Authority, 1200 Heber Springs Rd. So., Heber Springs, AR 72543. Only one copy of a firm’s SOQ is requested. There will be no formal opening of the SOQs.
Consultants may submit SOQs at any time after the deadline; however, failure to submit by the deadline may impact the firm’s opportunity to be invited to submit a project proposal. Mountain Top Public Water Authority reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs not in compliance with noted procedures if it is in the best interest of the public to do so and to waive informalities in the request for qualifications.
