Airport Consulting Services-Airport Design
Elbert County requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to engage in services of a consulting firm for design and construction administration services at the Elbert County Airport. Responding firms must possess current pre-qualification by the Georgia Department of Transportation in Area Class 2.09 Airport Design and in Area Class 8.02 Airport Construction Administration and Observation. The required format and details for submitting the Statements of Qualifications may be obtained by email request to Randy Haralson at haralson@elberton.net. This is NOT a request for a priced proposal. Statements must be sealed, delivered via mail or in person, and marked Airport Consulting Services - 2.09 Airport Design and 8.02 Airport Construction Administration and Observation on the outside of the envelope. Statements of Qualifications must be received by Elbert County, 1136 Von Trina Road, Elberton, Georgia 30635 by no later than 10:00 AM on May 16th, 2025.
