Description
Project Description: North Summit School District is accepting Statements of Interest and Qualifications (SOIQ) from qualified design professional firms licensed and certified as applicable in the State of Utah, for the design, preparations of construction documents, and construction administration services for the following:
● New High School with athletic facilities and fields on a vacant 57-acre site located in Coaville, Utah.
● New Swimming Pool including Locker Rooms, office, spectator seating located on the existing high school site in Coalville, Utah
Design and cost estimates can be expected to proceed immediately on both the high school and the new pool, in preparation for a bond election in 2025. Construction is projected to begin in 2026 for the high school with an expected completion date by August 2028. Once the high school is completed, demolition of the existing high school and construction of a new pool would begin.
