Request for Solutions:
Command and Control (C2) for Collaborative Combat Aircraft
PURPOSE
This Request for Solutions (RFS) is issued to address the need Naval Surface Warfare Centers (NSWC) Crane has in seeking solutions that would successfully integrate existing autonomous air vehicle platforms and advanced communication prototypes allowing for secure tactical communications between multiple similarly configured platforms and provision networked data capabilities.
The Government will evaluate the solutions with the intent of awarding multiple Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) in accordance with 10 U.S. Code § 4022.
BACKGROUND AND SUMMARY
EMC2
Vendors interested in responding to this RFS must be members of the Expeditionary Missions Consortium - Crane (EMC2) consortium. Interested parties may visit emccrane.org for membership information. This project will be managed by a Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division Project Manager. The deadline for all solutions is December 13, 2024, at 12pm (Noon).
