REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS - CONSTRUCTION OF NEW TOWN HALL
The Town of Pyatt, Arkansas, is accepting sealed bids from licensed contractors for the construction of a new Town Hall facility located at:
156 East Bradford St., Pyatt, AR 72672
Sealed bids from licensed contractors will be received by the Town of Pyatt at 156 East Bradford St., Pyatt, AR 72672 until 6:00 p.m. on May 21, 2026, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
Project Description
The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new approximately 1,200 square foot (SF) metal building, including:
• Site preparation and grading
• Utilities and foundation
• Structural framing and roofing
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
• Interior finishes
• ADA compliance
• All associated site improvements
All work shall be performed as shown in the construction documents.
Funding Source
The project is being funded through a bank loan and must comply with all applicable local and state requirements.

Owner’s Rights
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within thirty (30) days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with Arkansas state law.
