REQUEST FOR SCHOOL BUS SERVICES East St. Louis School District 189 (Illinois) is seeking proposals from certified school bus companies to provide student transportation for bus routes from home to school and school to home. Requirements: Must be properly licensed and certified by the State of Illinois Must be vetted through Illinois State Board of Education/?Secretary of State Must meet all state and federal safety, insurance, and driver certification requirements Ability to provide reliable service for daily routes during the 2025-2026 school year.
