Statement of Work:

Strip all layers of existing asphalt shingles to roof decking replace/repair decking as needed. Furnish and install ice and water shield or like product 6 feet up eaves and 3 feet wide on rakes. Furnish and install felt underlayment at all areas not covered by ice and water shield. Furnish and install white F-8” dip edge on all edges of the roof line. Reuse all skylight flashing kits or replace kits if needed. Flash and seal around all existing roof structures, utilities, and penetrations. Furnish and install CertainTeed Landmark shingles color charcoal black.
