RED HOUSE PATIO INSTALLATION

The Town of Acton, Massachusetts, Office of the Town Manager will receive quotes for patio installation at the “Red House,” located at 468 Main Street, Acton, MA.

Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L Chapter 30, Section 39M, as amended, and subject to all applicable bidding laws thereto.

A mandatory walkthrough of the property will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM on site at the Red House, 468 Main Street, Acton MA.

A formal response will be included in an addendum that will be submitted to all contractors that received the RFQ by August 19, 2026.

Minimum wage rates shall be paid as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries and the weekly payroll record submittal requirements under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 through 27H inclusive.
