MYSTERY RIDER OBSERVATION SERVICES

Champion City Transit Management, Inc. and Paratransit Management of Brockton, Inc. are the operating companies for the Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) fixed-route and paratransit operations respectively. The operation of these services is based at 1442 Main Street in Brockton, MA.

Champion City Transit Management (CCTM) and Paratransit Management of Brockton (PMOB) are seeking quotes from qualified vendors to conduct secret on-board observations of driver performance and compliance for CCTM and PMOB operating procedures. The resulting contract will conclude on or about June 30, 2027

Quotes are due no later than 2:00PM on November 6, 2024 at CCTM/PMOB offices at 1442 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301.

The performance of this contract is subject to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all equal employment opportunity requirements.
