Per the attached Purchasing Requisition 26000682, Okaloosa County seeks the below listed decontamination kits and supplies. When submitting an equivalent, please include item specifications.

FIRSTLINE FAST GRAB DECON KITS (OR EQUIVALENT - SEE LINE 1 SPECIFICATIONS BELOW)

Line 1: Kit must be man portable, containing 26 or more assorted 1) three layer activated carbon composite decon mitts(lrg); 2) large and medium three layer activated carbon composite decon wipes; AND at least 500ml of decon solution w/mixing beaker, stir rod and spray bottle.*
