Colo. Hwy 103 & Little Bear Creek Rd Sign Project

Clear Creek County wishes to invite contractors/companies to participate in this Request for Quotes to provide signage and installation of signs at specified locations on Colo. Hwy 103 and Little Bear Creek Rd.

Signs shall be installed in accordance with the Colorado Department of Transportation Standards and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). All specified signage, posts and approximate locations are included in the Clear Creek County Public Works Sign Plan, which can be found at the bottom of the RFQ posting under “Related Documents”.

The quote should include a cover letter that includes; company information. Responses for this quote are to include a company cover letter with the following:

• Company Name
• Main point of contact for quote – name, phone number, email address
• Pertinent information the company would like to have considered in relation in the submission of the quote.

The contract will be awarded to the vendor whose quote is within the competitive range and whose offering is determined to be the most advantageous to the County, price and other factors considered.  Pricing shall include purchase prices and applicable fees and freight.
