REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (hereinafter “OHA”) will be accepting quotes from qualified Offerors that can provide real estate appraisal services to determine the market value of eight (8) parcels located in Kakaʻako Makai on Oʻahu for the OHA’s internal financial reporting purposes.

The Offeror’s quote shall be electronically submitted via HIePRO no later than 2:00 p.m. Hawaiʻi Standard Time (HST) on Friday, June 6, 2025.
