Request for Quote: RFQ 24-012 - Concrete Work & ADA Parking Restriping Addendum 2

The City of Powder Springs is seeking competitive sealed quotes for concrete work and ADA parking restriping. Sealed quotes shall be received at the Powder Springs Police Department, 1114 Richard Sailors Parkway, Powder Springs, GA 30127 prior to noon EST Friday, Dec. 6, 2024. No proposals will be accepted after the noon deadline.

All communications related to submission of a proposal, including submission of questions, must be coordinated through Kelly Axt, City Clerk, at kaxt@cityofpowdersprings.org , by noon EST, Friday, Nov. 29, 2024.

A mandatory site walk will be held at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, at the Ford Center campus, 4181 Atlanta St., Powder Springs, GA 30127.

No quotes may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening, unless otherwise specified in the quote documents. Powder Springs reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the quotes, and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the City and laws governing the State of Georgia.
