AMENDMENT 36C26125Q0176 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Request for Quotation's response date from 01/24/2025 to 01/31/2025. The reason for this extension is due to the delay from technical experts to answer vendors submitted questions. Answers to the questions have now been answered, please see attached document "36C26125Q0176 0002 and Q and A" .



AMENDMENT 36C26125Q0176 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Request for Quotation's response date from 01/16/2025 to 01/24/2025. The reason for this extension is due to the delay from technical experts to answer vendors submitted questions. Once answers have been obtained, they will be posted to SAM.gov



Request for Quote for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Residential Treatment and Substance Use Disorder Services in accordance with the performance work statement at the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System.



The specific requirements, including a performance work statement, are described within the solicitation 36C26125Q0176 document. Quote submissions are due January 16, 2025 12:00pm PST.





Carefully read "ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS—COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES" and "VAAR 852.273-73 EVALUATION-HEALTH-CARE RESOURCES" when responding to this RFQ.
