Project Description: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (“the Airport”) seeks to engage a highly qualified executive search firm to lead the recruitment of an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Total Rewards. This position is a key strategic leadership role responsible for the Airport’s compensation strategy, benefits programs, HR analytics, and total rewards governance – directly impacting organizational competitiveness, workforce retention, and long term talent planning.
The executive search firm must demonstrate deep experience placing senior leaders in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, and broader HR Centers of Excellence within large, complex organizations. The contract term is 12-18months. The SBE Goal for this contract is 0%. QUOTES must be submitted through dfwairport.bonfirehub.com and WILL NOT be accepted via email or mail. Quotes will be accepted until 2:00 pm (Central Time) on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Responses must be received by the above stated date and time. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252.
