Request for Quote - Court Reporting Services

Proposals shall:
• Be received by COM via email by no later than 3:00 p.m. the day the quotes are scheduled to be due (June 17, 2025).
• Address all items in the scope of work and request for a short narrative (see below). Emphasis should be placed on completeness, specificity, and clarity of how the Offeror will perform the responsibilities of the project.
• Include a short narrative describing the following:
o Please indicate your qualifications, including holding applicable licenses and/or certifications, to perform the scope of work.
o Please indicate your experience in performing the scope of work over the past five (5) years.
o Please indicate your plan to successfully complete the scope of work during the term defined in the solicitation.
o Please indicate if your company holds a state term schedule or master maintenance agreement with the Ohio Department of Administrative Services Office of Procurement Services.
• Identify any proposed Subcontractors and services provided.
• Include Offeror’s proposed compensation in the gray column of section three. If in the event a contract ensues, the Contractor will be required to fulfill the Contractual obligations at the amount proposed. The proposed cost must include all costs associated with performing
