Habersham County Schools is requesting a quote for new student Chromebooks with the following specifications:

11.6-inch diagonal HD 1366 x 768 non-touch display Education Edition Chromebooks

Minimum Specifications

8G RAM and Intel N150 series processor up to 3.6 GHz with 2 cores

64GB Internal Storage 720p HD Webcam

Wi-Fi 6 wireless support

USB-C AC power adapter, battery life up to 13 hours Rubberized edges and pick resistant keyboards and keys One-year mail-in repair warranty included

Functional equivalent: HP Chromebook Fortis G1i Education Edition Non-Touch part#B69SGUT#ABA with Google Auto Update Expiration Date: June 2035

Newer model equivalents with later Auto Update expiration dates will also be considered. Vendors may submit more than one quote for consideration.

QTY 500 Google Chrome OS Management Console Licenses, Education

HCBOE is not seeking "trade-in" type programs at this time but is requesting direct purchase pricing.

Instructions for Bidders

Please register as a prospective respondent by emailing the project contact.

Please include in all quotes:

Georgia State contract or other contract numbers if applicable for the purchase.

Google Auto Update Expiration date for exact Chromebook models quoted.

Manufacturer brochures and specifications of exact models quoted.

If quoting more than one model, please provide a complete separate quote for each option.

Shipping timelines from date purchase order is provided to the vendor.

Pricing for Chromebooks and pricing for google console licenses.

Shipping Requirements

Shipping address has a tractor-trailer height dock so a lift gate truck is not required. Pallets may not be double stacked, only single height door to dock area.

Customer desires for all devices to be delivered in large quantities, not 2 or 3 devices each day. Customer desires for Chromebooks to be delivered in multi-packs to decrease packing materials, please specify availability.

Shipping Options

Please indicate if total order can be divided up into two or more shipments over two or more weeks to improve the logistics of receiving and processing the new devices. Please list what options are available.

Additional Services

This quote request is for hardware and software delivered to address requested and does not include installation, deployment, or "white glove" services.
