Request for Quote: Asphalt Pavement Services

San Miguel County is seeking to contract out specific work to be performed for the supply and placement of asphalt pavement at various roads and locations throughout the County, primarily the Norwood and Telluride areas.

The contractor shall supply and place the asphalt including all equipment and personnel required for the supply and placement of the material at the project location. The County shall perform and be responsible for the project site preparation, traffic control, assist with transportation of asphalt, shouldering and cleanup of the project site.

Please include an approximate mobilization and demobilization fee for the Telluride area and an approximate mobilization and demobilization fee for the Norwood area on a separate line.
