Mandatory Site Meeting: Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to pick up a sludge sample on October 27, 2025 at 11:00AM (local time) at the F.J. Horgan Water Treatment Plant, 201 Copperfield Rd, Scarborough, M1E 3T9. Suppliers are required to provide their own PPE (hard hat and boots).
