| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
The Supplier must have the following experience in order to be considered for award of the Contract:
Supplier must have at least three (3) years of experience supplying, delivering and installing various drape and privacy curtain solutions for organizations in the healthcare sector. Preference will be given to Suppliers with experience in long-term care home(s) or acute care hospital(s) with the capacity of 100 beds or more. |

.1 Optional Meeting
.1 Suppliers are invited to attend an optional meeting (site visit) to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The optional meeting will take place at 11 a.m. local time on October 8, 2025, Seven Oaks Long-term Care Home, 9 Neilson Road, Toronto, ON M1E 5E1. Meetings will not be available at any other times. .2 Bids submitted by Suppliers that did not attend the optional meeting will be accepted. .3 Questions must be submitted to Senior Corporate Buyer Wanda Luo in writing. A record of questions and answers, as deemed appropriate, will be distributed in the form of an addendum and posted on the City’s online call documents system. The City reserves the right not to answer questions during Information Meeting. Questions raised at the Information Meeting will be addressed in an Addendum. |
