| Solicitation Document Description: | This Request for Quotation is an invitation by the City of Toronto to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive supply and delivery of annual testing service and certification of backflow prevention devices required by the City of Toronto’s Toronto Water Division. |
| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
The Supplier must provide the following certifications with their bid submission. Failure to provide Proof of Certification may result in the bid being declared non-compliant.
1. Valid Backflow Prevention (BFP) Testing Certificate and Plumbing Certificate from Ontario Water Works Association (OWWA); 2. Certificate of Qualification for Plumbing from the Skilled Trades of Ontario; 3. A Test Kit Calibration Certificate for each test kit to be used. The certificate must be valid within one (1) year. |
