Request for Quotations Facility Security Enhacements - Commercial Doors, Video Intercoms, Public Address (PA) System

Project Description: Olivet Boys & Girls Club invites written quotations from qualified contractors for facility security enhancements at its Clinton Club facility, 677 Clinton Street, Reading, PA 19601. The work is offered in three lots, and vendors may quote any one lot or any combination: Lot 1 — Impact-Resistant Doors and Gates (replacement of seven door assemblies, including frames, at six exterior openings and one interior vestibule opening); Lot 2 — Video Intercom System (three video door stations, front-desk master station, and remote door-release integration); and Lot 3 — Public Address System (single-zone, all-call emergency announcement system with head-end equipment, building-wide speakers, and paging horns). Each lot will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract. Optional pre-quote site visits are offered; photographs of all affected openings and device locations are included in the solicitation documents.
This project is funded in whole or in part by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/FEMA Nonprofit Security Grant Program (Federal Award EMW-2023-UA-00075), passed through the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency. All resulting contracts are subject to the federal procurement standards of 2 C.F.R. Part 200, including required federal contract provisions, suspension and debarment verification, and the prohibition on covered telecommunications equipment (2 C.F.R. § 200.216). Quotations are due by 6/26/26 at 12:00pm.
