1. PURPOSE

Lenoir County Public Schools is soliciting quotations from qualified HVAC contractors

for the replacement of the existing HVAC system serving Northwest Elementary School

Auditorium. The project includes installation of a new rooftop heat pump unit, installation

of a DuctSox air distribution system, removal of existing Bard wall-mounted HVAC units,

and patching/restoration of associated wall openings.

The contractor shall provide a complete turnkey installation including all labor, materials,

equipment, permits, supervision, startup, testing, balancing, and disposal required for a

fully operational system.
