| Solicitation Document Description: |
This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the Supply and delivery of all-inclusive labour, repairs, installation, materials, supplies, equipment, rekeying to COT approved Keyway, warranty and supervision necessary for Locksmith Services for City of Toronto Seniors Services and long-Term Care.
It is the City’s intention to enter into a Contract with one (1) legal entity for all locations, or Two (2) legal entities: one for the home located in West (Kipling Acres, Wesburn Manor, Lakeshore Lodge, Cummer Lodge, Carefree Lodge homes) and one for the homes located at East side (TDA, FH, SO, BA & CWT) of the City. The term of the Contract is to be for a period of one(1) year with an option in favor of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for four(4) additional term of up to additional separate one (1) year each periods. |
